How to order

Step-by-step Guide to Ordering

Login / Create a New Account

• login with your Customer Account No. and password
• or register by creating a new account

Find a product

• use our Product Category Search
• browse our web pages
• go to our Search Index page

Select a product

• click the "Add" or "Add to Basket" button to store it
• when you've finished adding products to your basket, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button

Buy it (Checkout)

• make any changes to your (Despatch Address)
• tell us any comments you have (Shipping Comments) that you feel will be helpful to us
• check your order details
• click the "Place your order" button to complete the transaction

Confirmation

• we send confirmation e-mails to your Contact and Invoice e-mail address
• we will send you another email when we have despatched your order
